Fill in the form tab by tab, from Organization to Scope 1 – Refrigerants, and start with electricity: it is the data most brands have at hand. The Scope 2 – Heat & Steam and Scope 1 tabs only apply if you have that type of source.

- Sites: each physical site included in the inventory.
- Emission Sources: each specific source (electricity meters, boilers, vehicles, cooling equipment), classified by scope and category.
- Scope 2 – Electricity: kWh consumed by each electricity source. Your electricity invoices or meter readings.
- Scope 2 – Heat & Steam: only if you buy heat, steam, cooling or compressed air from a third party.

Good to know
- Declare your sites and sources first: every consumption row is linked to a site and a source declared in the Sites and Emission Sources tabs.
- The Scope 2 – Heat & Steam and Scope 1 tabs can stay empty if you have no sources of that type.
- Columns marked Optional can be left empty.
